Let's Talk Agriculture
The GNWT is currently seeking public and stakeholder input on the Canadian Agricultural Partnership next policy framework.
Northern residents are invited to provide feedback through the Department of Industry, Tourism and Investment until May 30, 2022.
The Canadian Agricultural Partnership is a suite of programs and funding designed to help support agriculture in Canada. It is delivered in the NWT by the GNWT in partnership with the Government of Canada. The next five-year policy for agricultural funding is currently being developed with agriculture partners and will ensure continued progress towards achieving the goals and vision of the NWT Agriculture Strategy.
The online survey and feedback page will be available on ITI’s website until May 31, 2022. Participation by phone interview is also welcome. The public input collected through this survey will feed into the next policy framework development process – informing agriculture partners on priorities that should be considered in the 2023-2028 policy.
